Hillwood Investment Properties outsource office and industrial leasing. We work closely with real estate brokers on purchase and sale transactions within each market area. Brokers are very important to Hillwood's success and are regarded as our external sales force. We recognize the value of their role in transactions and work diligently to build strong relationships with brokers in all of our communities across the United States. Hillwoods Annual Broker Trip
The Broadmoor

August 2 - 4, 2013
Each year, to reward brokers who have contributed to our success, Hillwood hosts its annual Broker Appreciation Trip to an exclusive destination. To qualify for this exceptional trip with Hillwood Investment Properties, a broker must close at least one lease transaction with a minimum of $500K in total base rent obligation or close at least one purchase/sale land or building transaction by December 31.
Each broker who qualifies and his/her guest are invited the following year on a fun filled trip that you are sure to remember for many years to come! Qualifying brokers will be mailed a "Save The Date" invitation in February, followed by additional trip details and instructions to register via Hillwood's Broker Appreciation Trip web site in March/April. A final packet with detailed information and confirmations for your personal hotel, travel and activity selections will be mailed in June to all registered attendees.
If you have not already qualified, we challenge each broker to close a qualifying transaction with Hillwood and join the Hillwood team for an exciting weekend in August 2013! Brokers who have already qualified for Hillwood's 2013 Broker Appreciation Trip, we look forward to spending time with you at The Broadmoor resort in Colorado Springs.
