Each year Hillwood hosts an all expense trip to a resort destination for each broker (and his guest) who has closed at least one lease, sale or purchase transaction in the prior year. 

Congratulations to the fifty six brokers that qualified for the 2008 Broker Appreciation Trip to the ultimate vacation retreat, The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, Colorado.  Plans are underway for our guests to experience the exclusive Broadmoor on August 8 -10, 2008. 

The Broadmoor, located at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, is a Five-Star resort.  Known for its commitment to excellence in service and facilities, the 3,000-acre resort offers something for everyone to enjoy.  From the luxury accommodations surrounded by Cheyenne Lake, to the internationally renowned European full-service spa and fitness center, all of our guests are invited to enjoy the many activities at the resort that includes three championship golf courses, an award winning tennis club, full service spa, horseback riding, rafting, hiking, rappelling, fly fishing, clay shooting, biking, hot air balloon adventures, shopping and various local activities in Colorado Springs or just relax at the lakeside pool.
