Hillwood Investment Properties outsources office and industrial leasing, as well as, works closely with real estate brokers on purchase and sale transactions within each market area.
Brokers are very important to Hillwood's success and are regarded as our external sales force. We recognize the value of their role in transactions and work diligently to build strong relationships with brokers in all of our communities across the United States.
Each year, to reward brokers who have contributed to our success, Hillwood hosts its annual Broker Appreciation Trip to an exclusive destination announced each year in February.
To qualify each year for this exceptional trip with Hillwood Investment Properties, a broker must close at least one lease transaction with a minimum of $500K in total base rent obligation or close at least one purchase or sale land or building transaction by December 31. Each broker and his/her guest who qualify are invited on a fun filled trip that you are sure to remember for many years to come! Watch for your special invitation by mail, followed by additional details in future mailings and announcements posted to this web site.
We challenge brokers to close a qualifying transaction with Hillwood in 2010 and join the Hillwood team for an exciting weekend in July/August 2011!
