In December of 2000, Hillwood Construction Services began operation and has supported Hillwood in its endeavors to develop industrial and office products in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, as well as projects in California, Florida, Mississippi, Pennsylvania, and South Carolina.

Hillwood Construction Services is committed to the team approach and feels this is the most progressive way an owner can successfully approach their construction projects.  Working as part of the construction team, HCS provides construction leadership, expertise and passion to ensure the success of its projects.

Since its inception, HCS has built approximately 23-million square feet for Hillwood. Through its collaborative approach to projects and strong relationships with the subcontracting community, HCS continues to provide construction costs and schedules that are the best in the industry.

In addition to servicing Hillwood's construction needs, HCS has continued to expand as an independent contractor and has completed new development and tenant improvement construction for some of the best known companies throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area.
