Hillwood Construction Services provides general contracting and construction management services in the United States. The company began in December 2000 as an industrial general contractor focusing on industrial warehouse and distribution facilities. Over the years, Hillwood Construction Services has diversified and expanded into many project types, from corporate headquarters to hangars, churches, Class-A office developments, hotels and tenant interiors.

We work closely with our clients and design team partners to deliver the best and most cost effective solution for their building and construction needs while maintaining the highest quality standards. We provide many services that add value and cost savings to our clients. These services are prevalent in every Hillwood project and include pre-construction management and estimating by experienced builders; detailed cost estimates, value engineering analysis and recommendations at each design phase; constructibility review, accurate and aggressive scheduling of construction activities, prequalified subcontractors, detailed coordination with the design team from conceptual design to project completion.

Every team member is committed to the success of each project and client satisfaction. Our construction team consists of skilled professionals with an average of 20 years of experience in the construction industry on a wide variety of projects across the United States and abroad. Hillwood's development and construction teams employ ten LEED® Accredited Professionals and one LEED® Green Associate.

The construction team is led by Jim Linden, President of Hillwood Construction Services.
