The team's responsibilities encompass all phases of land acquisition, master planning, building design and construction of industrial properties. Hillwood places a high priority on building public/private partnerships that create mutual benefits for our customers and the community. This includes, but is not limited to the building of new infrastructure, recruiting new investment into the community, creating job opportunities and enhancing the quality of life for all. By developing key community relationships and thoroughly understanding the requirements of our customers, Hillwood has demonstrated the ability to obtain the timely development approvals necessary to expedite the project timeline.

Recent developments include:

  • AllianceCalifornia, one of our largest developments, is a 2,000-acre trade and logistics center located at the former Norton Air Force Base in San Bernardino, California. A public / private partnership and anchored by San Bernardino International Airport, the visionary project is located in one of the top industrial markets in the nation and offers companies the most competitive space in Southern California. To date, 15 million square feet has been developed or is currently under construction.
  • Legacy Park is one of Hillwood’s latest developments in the Memphis market. The 266-acre logistics park has eight modern designed, Class A buildings planned with 4.4 million square feet. Construction was completed on Phase I, consisting of two speculative buildings totaling 1.2 million square feet. Construction will begin soon on buildings three and four.
  • Romeoville Commerce Center is a new development in the Chicago market and located within the desirable I-80 and I-55 corridor. Totaling approximately 1.2 million square feet, the building is slated for occupancy in 2016.
  • Trade Center 44, recently completed in the Central Pennsylvania market has 620,000 square feet available.
