Franetta Savage: 

 

Joining Hillwood in 1990, Franetta oversees a portfolio of 22.3-million square feet of office and industrial properties across the United States, outside of Hillwood's AllianceTexas project in Fort Worth. 

 

With over 18 years of experience, Franetta has a broad base of experience from office manager to property management accounting, Property Coordinator and Property Manager to her current position as Vice President, Property Management.  She currently oversees the Assistant Property Managers, Facilities Managers, Property Services Coordinator and administrative staff.  Franetta's duties include managing her team, overseeing lease administration, budget preparation and financial reporting, yearly expense reconciliation, vendor contract administration and bids, coordinating final building punch lists, resolving customer’s concerns, quarterly site visits to all properties, and handling after hours emergency calls. 

 

Franetta is a certified Property Manager (CPM) through IREM.
