Our partners include landowners who look to Hillwood Investment Properties to provide development and marketing expertise for their property, as well as other development companies and operators who have the vision and expertise to successfully develop their project, but need a capital partner. As a privately held development company and investment manager, we have the flexibility and creativity to be the right partner for a wide variety of projects.
Several joint venture properties include:
- Braselton Commerce Center - Shortly after completion of the speculative 1,074,596 square-foot distribution center which fronts I-85 in northeast Atlanta, Georgia, the property was leased. Hillwood's partner is Ridgeline Property Group.
- LogistiCenter @ 275 - Shortly after commencing construction, the 898,560 square-foot warehouse/distribution facility located adjacent to the Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky International Airport was 100% leased to Wayfair.com. Hillwood's partner is Dermody Properties.
- High Plains Industrial Park - The landowner, Highfield Investment Group, selected Hillwood to be their development partner on the 700+ acre master-planned business park in Calgary, Alberta Canada. The first building developed in the joint venture is a 503,260 square foot speculative industrial building.
