John Almonrode:

John is responsible for responding to all customer maintenance calls.  He supervises budgeted maintenance projects, performs roof inspections, coordinates punch list walks on new construction projects and is on call 24 hours a day for property emergencies for all Hillwood Investment Properties customers.
