Recent Developments Include:

  • AllianceCalifornia, one of our largest developments, is a 2,000-acre trade and logistics center located at the former Norton Air Force Base in San Bernardino, California. A public/private partnership and anchored by San Bernardino International Airport, the visionary project is located in one of the top industrial markets in the nation and offers companies the most competitive space in Southern California. To date, the project has 15.2 million square feet of new development and 1.6 million square feet are planned.
  • Erlanger Commerce Center is a Class A, master-planned logistics park, consisting of 1.8M SF. The three-building site, located at the intersection of I-275 and I-75, has excellent interstate access and visibility. Building 1 is complete and fully leased. Buildings 2 and 3 are currently under construction with Building 3 available for lease.
  • Legacy Park is one of Hillwood’s latest developments in the Memphis market. The 266-acre logistics park has eight modern-designed, Class A buildings planned with 4.2 million square feet.  Phase I, consisted of two speculative buildings totaling 1.2 million square feet. Buildings 5 and 6 are currently under construction and available for lease.
  • Parkway West Commerce Center is located in the premier Southwest Atlanta corridor. The site offers: direct access to I-285 and I-85 via South Fulton Parkway, a property tax abatement and is within the State of Georgia designated opportunity zone. The desirable location is five miles from the CSX Fairburn intermodal yard and 19 miles from the Norfolk Southern‘s Austell intermodal. Conveniently located retail is adjacent to the site. The 570,988 SF building is currently under construction and available for lease.
  • TradePort is a Class A master-planned business park with 3 buildings. Located in Lockbourne, a metro area of Columbus, Building 1 was recently completed and Buildings 2 and 3 are due for completion Q3 2019.
